We are happy to undertake all forms of house clearance from single items of furniture through to a complete house. Clients tend to fall into one of three categories: – general public, landlords or agents/solicitors. Members of the general public may be renewing a sofa, a fridge, a freezer or a wardrobe. A quick phone call and we can come out and quote, often with the ability to clear on that one visit. Landlords, often absentee (living out of town) can call with confidence knowing they can ask us to attend a property, quote by telephone, and then clear as required. Updates by telephone, photo or email are not a problem. At completion an invoice issued for records but requiring settlement by return. Agents and solicitors, acting on behalf of their own client, and often in times of bereavement or probate my need a written quote for their file. This is considered normal.
